CWSI is accepting applications for General Laborers to work out of our Melbourne, Lakeland, Bonita Springs, and Hollywood Florida Offices. The role is multifaceted and provides career growth for the right candidate.
The employee is responsible for but not limited to:
Ability to work as part of a crew. Performs general construction work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand-held tools, lifting materials on average up to 50 lbs., etc.) under the direction of a Foreman, Supervisor or Project/Construction Manager.
Performs other duties related to the company's duties as assigned. Operates company trucks to transport materials and equipment to the job site.
Performs the trenching, missile-bore, hand-hole placement, installation of fiber optic or Coax cable, restoration of area and inner duct/conduit, and related restoration.
Locates other buried wiring/cabling Install underground telecommunications cabling.
Flagging as needed (directing safe coordination of vehicles and equipment within public areas where work sites are active).
Check the work zone throughout the shift to be sure items are still in their proper location and all safety devices are in place.
Rotating On-Call Schedule, which is 24 hours per day while on schedule, and must be flexible to the schedule changes and be available on Weekends and some Holidays.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Prior experience with underground utility construction is a must.
Stand for long periods of time at the job site, watch for road traffic, pedestrians safety, protect the public, equipment and employees.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned and the ability to comprehend and execute instructions as provided.
Ability to move and maneuver quickly to avoid danger.

As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at some fascinating professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv.
Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew.
Full Time, Consistent and Year-Round Work without having to wonder when or if the next assignment is coming.
Work Environment is generally outdoors so you will be in the sun and fresh air while building.
Overnight Travel will be the routine and you can be away from home for 90+ days at a time.
