Responsibilities: Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on various construction projects, ensuring consistency and quality. Preparing job sites by cleaning and leveling areas for concrete placement. Setting up, aligning, and securing forms to hold concrete during the pour, ensuring accuracy in dimensions. Assisting with the installation of rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures. Operating and maintaining concrete mixers, vibrators, power trowels, and other equipment as needed. Smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance. Monitoring the concrete curing process to ensure proper hardening and prevent cracks or other issues. Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure safety and functionality on the job site.
