FUNCTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves, but is not limited to: load, lift, and move supplies, furniture, and equipment; dig trenches and do manual grading; collect rubbish and other refuse; load and unload trucks; shovel; mix cement and mortar; place and strip forms used in concrete work; perform cold patching; sweep; pry and hammer apart sections of wall and roof; load debris into truck for removal; sort, pile, and clean salvageable brick, stone, lumber, and metal work; occasionally drives trucks; and any and all other related duties assigned from time to time by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to perform manual tasks either alone or as a member of a group; ability to perform heavy manual labor for prolonged periods of the time; ability to follow prescribed procedures; insuring safety practices are followed on job sites; Valid drivers license required.
