Job Summary
This entry level position in our Middletown, PA office performs support to field operations on general construction and maintenance tasks. Employees are qualified by training and experience to do all pipefitting and construction tasks with direct supervision including; excavation, flagging, emergency response, basic backhoe/trencher operation, dump truck operator, gas main and service installation/repair and will be eligible for duty crew and on-call responsibilities when judged qualified.
Primary focus will be on safety and on the job training. Employees will enter a four-tiered progression and obtain Operator Qualification training on a limited number of Covered Tasks as outlined in the Operator Qualification Progression Plan (OQ Progression Plan) to progress to Mechanic II level.
The successful candidate must live within the service territory of the job location and will be required to hold or obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) within the first six months of employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Able to complete onsite millwork, cabinet and countertop, fixture, graphic and décor installs in commercial and retail environments.
· Personnel management of various crew sizes ranging from 3-6 employees or larger projects of 8 or more employees.
· Able to receive, stage and manage large inventory of millwork and fixture parts for distribution and installation.
· Able to evaluate site conditions, construction and delivery schedules and when these factors are not aligned, clearly and effectively communicate to Project Management Team, onsite contractor or when necessary, our client.
· Able to establish and understand layouts for millwork, fixtures and other elements.

· Report time sheets, expense reports, daily reports and progress photos electronically. Generate additional work validations as required when non-contract scope is required.
· Perform all tasks of a finish carpenter including installation of cabinets, countertops, standing and running trim (base, chair rail, crown moldings, door and window casings), scribing, coping, installing wall panel systems, retail fixtures etc.
· Ability to manage and motivate others while maintaining professionalism.
· Able to professionally interact with clients, general contractors and other sub-contractors.
· Strong working knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools.
· Strong working knowledge and understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings and fixturing floorplans.
· Must have a strong commitment to job site safety including always maintaining a clean jobsite.

We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in a Foreman/Supervisor role. Key Responsibilities:
Foreman/Supervision:
o Lead and manage a team of masons and laborers, delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring productivity.
o Oversee the daily operations on job sites, ensuring all team members follow proper safety protocols and adhere to project timelines.
o Ensure that all masonry work is performed to high-quality standards, according to blueprints and project specifications.
Masonry Work (Concrete, Blockwork, Pavers):
o Perform a variety of masonry tasks, including laying blocks, bricks, stone, and pavers, as well as pouring and finishing concrete.
o Set foundations, install walls, patios, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry structures.
o Mix, pour, and level concrete, ensuring the proper application of materials and techniques.
o Install decorative and functional concrete features, such as stamped or colored concrete.
Finishing & Detailing:
o Ensure proper finishing of masonry surfaces, including smoothing, grouting, sealing, and jointing.
o Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and appearance, ensuring all projects meet company standards and customer expectations.
o Address and correct any imperfections or issues with finished work as necessary.
Planning & Project Management:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mason, with significant expertise in concrete work, blockwork, pavers, and masonry finishes.
Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role, managing teams and overseeing multiple projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Strong knowledge of masonry tools, materials, techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to estimate material and labor costs, and effectively manage project budgets and schedules.
Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving abilities.
