Primary Responsibilities Perform physicals tasks at construction sits, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Assist skilled workers (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as required. Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, and ensuring tools and materials are organized. Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic construction machinery under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following procedures and regulations. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively within the team. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in the construction field preferred. Ability to lift heavy object and perform physically demanding tasks. Knowledge and understanding of basic construction tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and take directions from supervisor. Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
