This is alot of fun, as you watch the project go from a pile of steel studs to a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and granite counters! Lastly, you will deliver hot tubs. This is easy, as we have specialized equipment for this. You will use our company vans and tools every day, you don't need any of your own tools. But you must have a clean drivers license!! And we provide all the equipment youll need too! Paid training learn a valuable trade, advancing your skills, and get paid while doing so. Even if you dont have experience, it doesnt matter well train you! Vehicles are provided for you, so no using your own gas. Power Washing and Window Cleaning Crew Leader Job Summary: Each morning, youll meet with the rest of the team to understand the days game plan. Youll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customers needs. Youll call upcoming customers on your way to the job alerting them that youre on the way. Youll meet customers face to face (if theyre home) before your crew begins its work to ensure were meeting the customers expectations on the job that day. Upon inspection, you may suggest other services the customer may consider that you feel may be appropriate. When the work is complete, youll complete a post-job inspection and meet again with the customer (if theyre home) to review the work to their satisfaction. Youll accept and process the customers payment through our mobile payment technology completing the job. Youll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next days work. Power Washing and Window Cleaning Crew Leader Qualifications: Must like to work with people Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
