At ServiceMaster, we rebuild structural damage occurring after a fire or water loss in residential and commercial properties. We are currently looking for workers that are able to work in Los Angeles County and Orange County and have their own transportation and tools. The type of work that workers will be doing includes demolition, framing, carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, siding, concrete, installing cabinets, installing doors and hardware, flooring, electrical / recessed lighting, plumbing, landscape, and other trades.
Overtime work is optional and available some weeks. Overtime work will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the worker's regular pay.

What You Can ExpectAs a spray foam insulation installer , you will be responsible for spraying the exterior wall and attics before drywall, paneling or plaster are put in place. In addition, your day-to-day may include:
- Loading and logging materials onto a truck
- Erecting ladders and scaffolds
- Check netting for areas that may need blocking and prepares spray foam machine by checking oil, belts and obstructions
- Operate equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs.
- Check density in wall areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-5 years experience in the construction industry, experience installing insulation a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Work in tight places or in high places
- Lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Climb ladders and scaffolding
- Frequently bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
