Qualifications
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Laborer 1: No prior experience required; must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.
Laborer 2: 1-3 years of construction experience, ability to operate heavy machinery, experience in the fuel industry preferred.
Laborer 3: 4-5 years of construction experience, OSHA 30 preferred, and knowledge of commercial construction and fuel system installation.

Job Classification: Non-Exempt
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hours per week.
Location: Moorestown, NJ with travel between construction sites.
Compensation: $18-$21 per hour
The Construction Laborer is responsible for assisting in new home construction and home repair activities on a daily basis under the supervision of the Lead Carpenter and/or Site Supervisors.
Primary Duties:
Responsible for on-site coordination of materials, labor, and inspections with construction stages to facilitate the construction and/or revitalization project.
Responsible for safety compliance with all groups, vendors, volunteers, staff and subcontractors.
Responsible for conducting daily safety inspections and safety instruction to volunteers and staff.
Manage, coordinate, and work with Habitat volunteers on different work site locations as needed.

Position Summary:

Position Summary:
