The Southern Site story began when Ryan Clinard identified a significant opportunity in the development market while working for a home builder. He saw room for a professional site contractor that was extremely capable, treated people well, and was transparent about their business. Southern Site was officially born in February of 2017 from nothing. The original plan was to find a small team and develop 25 lots in the first year.
