Key Responsibilities Concrete Finishing: Smooth and finish concrete surfaces to required specifications. Tool Operation: Operate hand and power finishing tools effectively. Daily Execution: Carry out finishing tasks in alignment with daily work plans. Safety and Cleanliness: Contribute to safe and organized jobsite practices. Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction. Help with the installation of temporary fixtures, such as barricades and signs. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily tasks in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety regulations, using the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support overall project goals. Qualifications: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required. Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player. Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and more experienced workers. Must have reliable transportation to access various construction sites. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to pass a drug screening and background check. Authorization to work in the respective country (e.g., a valid work permit or citizenship).
