Responsibilities:
Ability to texture and refinish plaster services
Ability and willingness to work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing walls.
Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues and present a description of a work order to a customer.
Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into specified position
Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim
Install insulation in-between studs and attach a plastic moisture barrier over the installation
Remove plaster, drywall, or paneling
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching. With references.
Must own a smartphone with a data plan
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to pass a drug screening.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Position is physically demanding. Requires candidate to be a hard worker and motivated employee. Ability to work in a physical, fast paced environment and possess excellent work ethic. Laborer will have varied experience and the ability to work without close supervision. Perform variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools, such as demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, mounting pipe hangers, and cutting and attaching insulation material. Duties/Responsibilities:
Studies blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or fiberboard, and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated; prepare layouts, using measuring tape, framing square, calipers; and marks cutting and assembly lines on materials.
Shapes materials to prescribed measurements; assembles cut and shaped materials and fastens them together with appropriate tools; verifies trueness of structure with layout tools; and erects framework for structures and lays sub flooring.
Builds stairs and lays out and installs partitions and cabinet work.
Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, doorframes, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware.
Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level
Certified welders should be able to read weld symbols and identify a weld meets specifications, have an understanding of maintenance and calibration of welding machines, understand proper handling of welding material and gases.
Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, using hand-held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping; and smooths and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straight edge and float or power screed.
Finishes or repair concrete surfaces to specified finish, may specialize in finishing steps and stairways, or may break up and repair old concrete surfaces.
Aligns material to specified connections; verifies vertical and horizontal alignment of materials.
Qualified in rigging & hoisting of materials
Performs millwright duties by reading blueprints and schematic drawings to determine layout of equipment; dismantling machines; moving machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks; and, assembling and installing equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails.
Serves as a lead to Laborers, Construction Workers, and other Skilled Construction Workers by monitoring and assigning work to construction crew in the absence of a Foreman or Superintendent.
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bring problems to the attention of the Superintendent, Field Safety Coordinator or HR Manager.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational success.

What You Can Expect:
Execute Construction General Labor duties Learn our business and grow your career
Organize, carry and load heavy (up to 50lbs) job materials. Perform set-up and clean-up tasks on the job site.
Dig and back-fill trenches/holes.
Make repairs in crawl spaces (confined spaces), basements, and around home foundations.
Perform work duties while exposed to the outdoor elements: extreme heat, extreme cold, rainy weather, etc.
Valid driver's license preferred - required for promotion.
