DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manually load or unload equipment, materials, or supplies
· Assist with layout of roadway markings.
· Correctly load and secure all loads.
· Drive assigned vehicle/equipment as directed to and from job site. Including daily pre-trip inspections of assigned truck and log keeping, as required. (eligible drivers only).
· Perform roadway preparation, including grinding, sealing, tape removal, as directed.
· Once Flagger certified, assist in traffic control as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential Position Responsibilities
Removes asbestos from ceilings, walls, beams, boilers, and other structures, following hazardous waste handling guidelines and following safe demolition techniques.
Assembles scaffolding and seals off work area, using plastic sheeting and duct tape.
Positions mobile decontamination unit or portable showers at entrance of work area.
Builds connecting walkway between mobile unit or portable showers and work area, using hand tools, lumber, nails, plastic sheeting, and duct tape.
Positions portable air evacuation and filtration system inside work area.

Overview:
The Presales Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales productivity and deal flow by becoming an expert in our product lines and developing solutions that address customer needs. Responsibilities:
Proactively scope the product solution required to address customer requirements, assessing customer's met and unmet needs.
Attend partner technical and sales training calls to ensure team is familiar with latest technical updates to products and to align on sales focus with hardware/software vendor.
Recommend and adapt product line services as necessary to ensure appropriate support and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with internal sales and service resources to align solution design with customer business requirements.
Secure commitments from customers needed to ensure deal closure.
Provide coaching and professional development to sales team members to enhance their services knowledge, technical acumen, and services sales skills.
Proactively pursue additional services opportunities within customer firms and collaborate with sales to effectively advance these opportunities.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth within emerging product line segments.
Achieve assigned productivity and product growth targets for assigned product line.
Monitor customer engagement on services solutions proposed throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Sales experience in a B2B customer segment, or a record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role.
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information virtually and live, both one-on-one and in small group settings.
Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.

Must be able to operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.

Leads and directs all gas distribution work for a construction crew.

Responsible for locating gas lines and ensuring that other utility lines are located prior to excavation.
Responsible for the quality of all plastic and steel welding by crew members.
Transports required equipment, tools, and supplies to work site.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages), punctuation, grammar and spelling.
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction, installation, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems, including two (2) years' experience welding (steel) pipe & two (2) years' experience of plastic fusion activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manually load or unload equipment, materials, or supplies
· Assist with layout of roadway markings.
· Correctly load and secure all loads.
· Drive assigned vehicle/equipment as directed to and from job site. Including daily pre-trip inspections of assigned truck and log keeping, as required. (eligible drivers only).
· Perform roadway preparation, including grinding, sealing, tape removal, as directed.
· Once Flagger certified, assist in traffic control as directed.
· Assist in maintenance of assigned equipment.
· Responsible for maintaining assigned PPE and having proper PPE on hand for scheduled work.
· Participate in all required safety training including weekly Toolbox Talks.
· Clean and organize warehouse, shop, yard, office, and vehicles to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
· Responsible for reporting all incidents you are involved in or witness to the Safety Director as per company training and incident reporting protocols.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen. Random drug screens are also performed post-employment.
· Must possess a current Driver's License; Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) preferred
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule with overtime, nights, and weekends as the job requires
· Must be at least 21-years of age to meet driver's insurance eligibility requirements for company vehicles

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Five (5) years fixture installation and retail or commercial finish carpentry experience. One (1) year minimum supervisory experience.
