Job Description Senior Construction Laborer Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Job Location: All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office. Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary facilities, fencing, signage, and erosion control devices. Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction using heavy equipment. Certified telehandler operator (preferred) Strong understanding of construction site logistics and operations Dependable, self-motivating, and an ability to adapt to changing conditions on site. Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be able to operate heavy equipment safely for extended periods.
