Schedule, plan, direct and assist the activities of work crews engaged in the water and waste water divisions.
Responsible for supervising and organizing the work of and assuring the technical correctness of functions performed by other Foreman, Equipment Operators, semi-skilled and unskilled laborers within the division
Establish policies, methods and procedures to be followed by work crews
Investigates citizen complaints and takes or recommends appropriate action
Maintains a variety of operational records
Monitors equipment utilization and maintenance, recommends replacements and may participate in the preparation of specifications for and the acquisition of equipment
May requisition, purchase and/or maintain supplies
Ability to operate all equipment in water and sewer divisions, including backhoes, track hoes, bulldozer, dump trucks, frontend loaders, and flush vac equipment

Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at some fascinating professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv.
