Cultivate a positive safety culture by demonstrating safe practices and holding in-house crew and subcontractors accountable. All other job duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Prior building trades experience is required. Previous experience as a Foreman is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. CDL license is beneficial but not required. Able to successfully perform the physical demands of the job, such as bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead.
