Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations

**Laborer** **Pay: 18 -21/hr.** + **Weekend shift** **Contract to Hire** ** + Assist in the building of home modular units (indoor environment) + Utilize hand and power tools to put together framing, dry wall, and other building components
+ Install, test, and swap out components such as sensors, wiring, input/output devices, and other electrical parts.
+ Keep the work area clean, safe, and aligned with company safety procedures.
+ Work closely with teammates, using strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
**Qualifications**
+ Open to entry level candidates
+ Prior experience in construction is a plus
+ Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools; experience with diagnostic tools is helpful.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
+ Effective teamwork and communication; able to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
+ Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

**Environment & Shift:**
+ Day Shift: Monday- Thursday 6am- 4:30pm
+ Weekend Shift: Friday- Sunday 6am-6pm (work 36 but get paid for 40)
