You also must have construction experience, I can't teach you how to use a chop saw and screw gun.
You will also build custom outdoor kitchens. This is alot of fun, as you watch the project go from a pile of steel studs to a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and granite counters!
Lastly, you will deliver hot tubs. This is easy, as we have specialized equipment for this.
You will use our company vans and tools every day, you don't need any of your own tools.
But you must have a clean drivers license!! We WILL check!!

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of 4-10 crew members on active concrete construction sites
Execute all phases of concrete work: layout, forming, rebar placement, concrete placement, and finishing
Read and interpret blueprints, including structural, civil, architectural, rebar shop drawings, and site plans accurately
Coordinate materials, tools, and concrete deliveries to ensure smooth daily production
Lead daily safety meetings and enforce company and OSHA safety standards
Inspect formwork, rebar, and embeds before pours to maintain QA/QC compliance
Adapt work sequencing and crew assignments to meet schedule and quality targets
Train and mentor less experienced workers while holding crew accountable for performance
Document daily work progress, crew attendance, field conditions, and production tracking.
Communicate with the project team to resolve field issues and report updates
Qualifications
5-7 years of commercial concrete experience, with 2-3 years in a lead or foreman role
Proven ability to lead crews and complete projects safely and efficiently
Mastery of concrete methods including form systems, rebar, finishing, and curing
Skilled in blueprint reading, elevation marking, and material planning
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and PPE enforcement
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable using technology for timekeeping, reporting, and field coordination
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
No formal education required-experience, work ethic and ability to learn and adapt new construction technology valued most
Knowledge of the use of Total Stations is preferred.
