You will be doing standard remodels such as kitchen and bathroom remodels as well as commercial and residential work orders where you will be dispatched to a site where you will need to check in and let the office know the issue and solution so we can propose the fix to the client for you to repair. Skills needed: Drywall Texture Paint Framing Finish Carpentry Minor plumbing and electrical Basic Maintenance experience (example would be assessing an issue with a drawer at a retail store and fixing it) Pay is $30 an hour to start with an evaluation after 90 days.
