The Labor Contracts and Contributions Manager is responsible for overseeing union and guild labor contract administration and contributions compliance for entertainment productions. This role ensures accurate interpretation, implementation, and maintenance of collective bargaining agreements, fringe benefit rates, and contribution reporting. The Manager works cross-functionally with Management, Payroll, HR, Finance, and Production teams to ensure contractual accuracy, system integrity, and timely remittance of union and guild contributions. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Systems Support Coordinate closely with Payroll to validate wage and fringe setups and provide backup documentation as needed.
