Maintains golf course turf by operation of mechanical trap rakes, fly mowers, weed eaters, walking greens mowers, and transportation vehicles Essential Responsibilities Operates mechanical trap rakes, fly mowers, weed eaters, walking greens mowers, and transportation vehicle. Mows rough and fairways at designated cut, cuts turf on greens mowers, collars, and tee boxes, taking care not to injure turf. Uses shovels and other hand held equipment; cleans equipment by soaping, washing, and rinsing equipment. To learn basic function of golf course maintenance and its relation to members and their guests. Operates mechanical trap rakes and transportation vehicles and various types of trim mowing equipment. Operates hand held equipment such as fly mowers, weed eaters, and tools. Raking and edging bunkers. Operates walking greens mowers. Performs all other duties assigned.
