Duties: Install, repair, and replace pool tile, coping, and decorative stonework Prepare pool surfaces by cleaning, grinding, leveling, and waterproofing as needed Mix and apply thinset, grout, mortar, and other bonding materials correctly and safely Cut tile and coping materials to precise measurements using appropriate tools Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finish of tile and coping for a clean, uniform appearance Inspect existing tile and coping for cracks, loose sections, or structural issues Perform demolition of old tile, coping, and surrounding materials when required Seal tile, stone, and coping surfaces to protect against water intrusion and staining Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other team members to meet project specifications Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and pool-industry standards Requirements Experience in tile and coping.
