The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the crew, as well as performing all installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks on client and customer projects while maintaining the highest level of safety and precaution. Responsibilities: • Lead and coach crew members, offer feedback, assist crews, and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policies. • Ensure all equipment is functioning. Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun. • Must have general knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) • Must have general knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope. • Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork. • Ensure OSHA Safety rules and regulations are followed consistently, report any issues, concern or incidents to management. • Complete required documentation in a time manner and by required deadlines. • Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc. • Wash and clean company equipment - Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc. • General housekeeping - sweep floors, take out trashes, and help keep work areas clean and organized. • Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs - Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas. • Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk and assist to drive project deadlines. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2-4 years' experience in Refinery or Construction (preferred) • Lead or Supervisory experience a plus • Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun • Valid TWIC Card and current Driver license, (CDL Class A preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication required • Plus, if you have refinery contractor experience • Plus, if you have pipeline experience • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet. • Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time.
