A large part of this position will involve dealing with people and the need to be a champion of ongoing communication, motivation of others, and coordination. Responsibilities * You will be responsible for specific geographical locations within the day-to-day field production operations, as well as, your site's equipment and crew movement. * You will complete the necessary paperwork for each job, lead the conclusion for complex problems, and coordinate problem-solving for your crew. Qualifications You must have construction experience, preferably a minimum of two years. You must be self-motivated, a team player, and physically capable to handle the workload as well as be able to take and give direction effectively to complete the task at hand. You must be able to speak in a professional manner to customers, especially when reviewing the job plan and doing a final walk-through. You must be able to manage all aspects of the job, including the crew. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
