Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Lead at Home Weather, located in Lawrence, MA. Coordinate with the Production Manager, Energy Auditors, and Warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow. Complete daily production reports, time logs, and material usage documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site and vehicle.
