Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of heavy civil construction management experience to oversee earthwork, mass excavation, and site utilities projects. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of heavy civil project management experience. Experience with mass excavation, site utilities, and cost control is required. Solar farm experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, design, finance, and project management principles. Experience with HCSS is preferred. Essential Functions Predevelopment: Assist in coordinating preconstruction activities including site diligence, feasibility assessments, initial budgeting and schedule, review of working drawings, and value engineering for all horizontal improvements throughout the project. Analysis and review of utility infrastructure and site planning reports and engineering plans for large master plan development Prepare bid analysis and then assist in negotiation and award of contracts Budget management, tracking, review of payables and review/ processing of add service requests Assist in applications for utility service and coordinate communications with utility providers Regular reporting of progress to supervisors and MREG departments Maintain all required project data and records; log and track all design changes and modifications, construction changes, and contract modifications.
