MEP Superintendent - Tampa We are currently representing a leading commercial GC who are looking for a MEP Superintendent to work on large scale projects in the Tampa area. The MEP Superintendent is responsible for the overall field planning, coordination, and supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes of work. They are looking for a key on site leader responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of ground-up, multi-story, and/or conversion self-storage construction projects across Florida and the Southeast region. Key Duties: Serve as the GC's primary representative on the job site, overseeing all daily construction activities for self-storage facilities (e.g., tilt-wall, metal-frame, multi-story buildings). Develop, maintain, and drive the 3-week look-ahead schedule. Coordinate all trades, deliveries, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met on time and within the original schedule. Direct, supervise, and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
