Experience on large commercial or mission-critical projects such as data centers, hospitals, labs or large industrial. Ability to read and interpret plumbing/fire drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and isometric diagrams. Familiarity with applicable codes and standards including IPC, UPC, NFPA 13, 14, 20, and local building regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman or Master Plumber license (state-specific). OSHA 30 certification or equivalent site safety training. Proficiency with field management platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM 360). Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection principles. Salary Transparency Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $82,000 - $101,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits.
