Proven success in delivering data centers or highly technical MEP-intensive projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety, and commissioning. Hands-on experience managing GCs, subcontractors, trades, and field operations. Excellent client-facing, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial and contractual management background. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
