Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field Plan and coordinate project start-up in conjunction with Construction Project Manager Conduct weekly superintendent meeting with subcontractors/vendors and record meeting minutes/agendas in ProCore Maintain a daily job site log, collect and process daily reports Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors Monitor project status and maintain appropriate building and on-site control and on-site representation to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the contract and owner s expectations Monitor and direct daily job site clean-up activities to ensure a safe work environment at all times Stamp, code and process delivery tickets as they are received from shipments (Coded and approved tickets shall be delivered to the Construction Project Manager via ProCore on a weekly basis) Order/requisition materials, supplies, tools, and schedule equipment rentals Inspect and confirm the quality, price, and correct quantities of all deliveries and their distribution on site, and sign off on packing slips A valid driver s license, background, DMV check, and drug screen will be required upon acceptance of an offer to the candidate.
