Partners closely with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project is adhering to the schedule. Leads the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities. Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and holding them accountable to their managerial responsibilities. Builds rapport with each customer by displaying integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts. Qualifications Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities. Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative. Demonstrated success supporting a team through complex project execution. Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to project goals. Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Training can be provided upon hire. Safety Level This is a safety sensitive position and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply. The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
