Oversee fabrication schedules and deliveries with the superintendent and fabrication manager
Interpret and execute contract requirements, GMP structures, and plans/specs
Monitor productivity and weekly cash flow in partnership with the project controller
Conduct weekly project reviews with senior leadership (Project Executive, CFO, CEO, VP of Operations, Construction GM)
Utilize advanced scheduling systems (P6, Earned Value Management, Last Planner System)
Lead all jobsite operations and site logistics
Understand procurement and logistics while partnering with PMs on material and equipment tracking
Review change orders with estimating and project management teams
Conduct regular check-ins with team members across admin, field leadership, fabrication, plumbing, sheet metal, piping, labor coordination, subcontractors, QC, commissioning, BIM/VDC, and procurement
Qualifications
Proven experience leading construction teams on complex projects
Strong financial acumen, with experience in GMP tracking, forecasting, and cash flow management
Proficiency with advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, Last Planner System)
Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and coordinate with multiple subcontractors
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the project
* Run project control systems for the benefit of the project team
* CPM schedule creation and updating/communicating
* Last Planner/White Board crew scheduling
* RFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and other site communication
* Act as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project success
* Provide estimating take-offs and other support for analysis and change orders
* Attend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractors
* Prepare information for, and participate in, monthly project reviews
* Assist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontracts
* Promote the Interstates safety culture daily
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Able to track and organize projects and prioritize work

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $68,000-78,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
Travel: Able to travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time.
