You'll oversee multiple fiber builds-managing crews, contractors, inspectors, and engineering partners from initial design through splice, test, close-out, and customer turn-up. This is a hands-on leadership role with frequent site visits across Grand Island, Kearney, and Hastings, including rural plowing and city/rural boring. About the Role You will own day-to-day construction execution, field issue resolution, and production tracking. Expect a high field presence with office time focused on permits, materials, budgets, and reporting.
