The environment includes both internal owner's representatives and third-party consultants, requiring a Superintendent who commands respect onsite and maintains tight control over schedule, coordination, and craftsmanship.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, assertive, boots-on-the-ground Site Superintendent who can function as the true quarterback on site. This individual must be present five days per week (starting at 7:30am) and act as the central authority ensuring progress, sequencing, and luxury-grade quality.
This role covers the full lifecycle of construction-from pre-construction planning through punch list-with a heavy emphasis on commercial office delivery and high-end finishes.
Scheduling ability is non-negotiable. The successful candidate must have prior experience building schedules from scratch and managing trades toward critical paths.
Key Responsibilities
Site-Based Leadership
Lead daily onsite activity with a consistent presence (Monday-Friday, 7:30am start).
Serve as the authoritative “boots on the ground,” driving momentum and ensuring clarity among all subcontractors and partners.
Act as the main enforcer of safety, sequencing, site readiness, and quality expectations.
Trade & Stakeholder Coordination

Quality Assurance & Finishes Oversight

Lifecycle Project Involvement
