To direct, oversee and coordinate all phases of maintenance and construction at Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun and Worlds of Fun Village including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, electronic, carpentry, painting, fiberglassing, and plumbing. Responsibilities: -Participates in long-term construction planning for new park projects. Oversees all construction projects. Negotiates contracts for, schedules and coordinates contractors, engineers and architects supplying services and/or materials to ensure completion of maintenance and construction projects on time and within budget.
