DESCRIPTION Michael Baker continues to expand our growing construction services practice in the Mid-Atlantic region and are seeking a qualified Construction Manager capable of running large bridge, highway, and rail projects. Our growing group of construction managers, resident engineers, and inspectors is focused on providing construction services to clients both within Richmond/Hampton Roads and the larger Mid-Atlantic Region.
