Draft equipment POs and check for accuracy compared to drawings, submittals, quotes, and building standards. Update equipment procurement logs. Track delivery of equipment orders. Understand the basics of estimating. Quantity/Material takeoffs of engineered drawings. Conceptual estimating from architectural drawings or no drawings at all. The General Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned to achieve safe, quality, and profitable projects completed in a timely manner. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
