Participates in collective bargaining agreement negotiations. -Communicates division status to Vice President & General Manager on an ongoing basis, including operational issues, employee concerns, guest complaints, special requests, losses and any other unusual situations in order to maintain smooth operations. -Directs and participates in the the preparation of all labor, operating expense, capital and EWO budgets for the division.
