Stennis Space Center, Mississippi and/or NASA Michoud Assembly Facility, Louisiana. The Construction Manager (CM) has primary responsibility for assigned projects, to plan, direct, coordinate, budget, and schedule construction activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems, and ensure the successful field execution. Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Task Order (TO) formulation Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) project proposal development: provide input prior to actual project implementation to support decision making. Evaluate technical considerations and assist in resource requirements assessment and cost estimate development.
* Attend all kick-off meetings.

Job Requirements
Mandatory:

Gather and maintain Control & Equipment submittals, as well as other project documents as required.
Ensure that all project contract documentation is up to date and accurate, including project scope, plans, specifications, and other project-related documents.
Manage Project Billings based upon Construction Progress with the Operations and Accounting Team
Work with in-house Engineering Staff to develop Control Submittals, Programs, and Graphics for Projects.

Recognize when additional work is required or when project schedule changes occur that affect workforce resources or job cost.
Complete assigned projects according to proposal, drawings, and specifications, cost estimates, customer expectations, and time frames by effectively managing and executing contractual obligations in concert with project management procedures.
Order equipment based on approved submittals and contract documents in time to meet installation requirements.
Prepare and maintain project schedules using project software or other approved platform and submit same to the mechanical contractor (to establish TC labor requirements) and to the engineering manager and /or operations manager (for use in workforce forecasting).
Review the financial performance of specific jobs.
Maintain open communication with the customer and sales engineer on project status, risks and milestones.
Ensure that HVAC equipment meets industry codes and regulations.
Schedule personnel, equipment, subcontracting, and material to meet project requirements and schedules within the estimated costs (scheduling of workforce resources through the engineering manager and/or construction manager.)
Ability to travel to and inspect job sites and visit customer locations.
Qualifications
4-year construction management/ engineering or mechanical degree or a 2-year technical degree and 2 years of project management experience (OR) 5 years of Commercial HVAC project management (OR) 6 years of HVAC equipment experience.
Knowledge of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, control systems, building automation, electrical systems, energy management, engineering, installation, management, and construction procedures
Ability to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines.
Availability for after-hour consultation and problem-solving on assigned jobs as necessary.
Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, MS Projects)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification in project management is a plus

Lemoine can support SkillBridge programs of lengths between the minimum and maximum allotted program time windows. Lemoine will build a training program that can facilitate SMs with various timelines.
The expectation will be established and understood that with a shorter SkillBridge time window, the servicemember will be less likely to land a full-time opportunity upon completing a Lemoine SkillBridge.

The Superintendent is the first line of field direction for commercial construction projects and is responsible for directing all activities on the job site per company policy, the construction contract, drawings, specifications, and schedule. The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of the job including: job completion goals, forecasting upcoming work, materials used on the job, subcontractor supervision, safety conditions, as well as tools and equipment used on the job, whether rented or owned by the company. This position will also be responsible that all paperwork needed by the office is sent in on time, and report any changing condition or related information about the job to the office.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for project management and coordination among team members.
Employ an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed during the construction phase.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff and laborers on site operations and safety practices.
Experience
Must have minimum 5 years commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of processes and protocols for successful oversight.
Familiarity with quality control processes and budgeting practices within the construction industry.
Proficient in using construction management software, such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
Experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is a plus.
OSHA10 is required.

This is for a large Oil & Gas Corporate Headquarters project. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
**Responsibilities: **
+ Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
+ Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
+ Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized
+ Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
+ Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
+ Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly.
+ Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
+ Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.
+ Forecast and update key project milestones.
+ Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.
+ Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
+ Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
+ Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
+ Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
+ Client management - assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
+ Strong organizational and management skills - the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
+ Effective presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
+ Excellent communication skills.
