The Supervisor of Modular Press Box Construction is responsible for managing the daily operations of our modular production area, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality, code-compliant press boxes. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of modular construction, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to lead a skilled production crew through all stages of fabrication and assembly. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all phases of modular press box construction, including framing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, wall panel installation, painting, and finishing. Lead by example-engage directly in daily production activities and support your team with technical expertise. Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising quality or safety. Conduct daily toolbox talks and team meetings to communicate production goals, expectations, and safety reminders. Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly maintained. Train and mentor team members; promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Work collaboratively with engineering, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to address and resolve issues.
