Education and Experience Requirements:

Visit paving job sites before paving operations to ensure proper grades and paving layout is prepared for asphalt crews. Coordinate with Project Managers and owners on re-grading or paving releases.
Promote, recruit, and hire future paving foreman and operators. Assist with training of apprentices. Coach employees to maximize their individual potential.

Compensation
The total compensation for this position includes health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), defined contribution benefit (401k with contribution), professional development, generous paid time off policies, and a flexible schedule. This is an exempt individual contributor position with a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
