Job Summary:
The ideal Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams for large scale (20-50K sq ft) projects with commercial complexities - to mention a few examples: chillers, expansive security systems, commercial elevators and custom concrete. The PM will work with each project's Field Superintendent and internal teams to provide day-to-day leadership to ensure - coordinated design documents are available from each project's design team, project budgets are built and maintained, proper and timely buyout of each trade contractor discipline is achieved, and project schedule is optimized, while working in collaboration with the Field Superintendent.

Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in residential construction (commercial experience is also considered due to the scale of projects)
