Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop field teams of 11 people per AR site or 7 people per SSD site, working on a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off site rotation schedule
- Establish a relentless high bar team with regards of safety and quality of installations
- Drive end-to-end accountability for successful installation, integration, and commissioning of complex technical projects
- Establish standardized work processes, training programs, and operational excellence initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with Central and Quality teams to define and achieve safety, timeline, cost, and quality metrics
- Develop site leaders who maintain complete ownership of installations through dedicated teams, standardized work, and comprehensive training
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale technical installations or commissioning projects
- 7+ years of people management experience, including managingmanagers
- Demonstrated experience scaling teams and operations in high-growth environments
- Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications
- Experience implementing standardized work processes and operational excellence initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field

What You Will Be Doing
Develops and manages the construction plan/schedule for the successful execution of the work performed
Interacts effectively with Owners, teams, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive project environment and exceptional client experience
Provides leadership and guidance to assigned project team members and subcontractors
Reviews contract drawings and coordinates the documentation of constructability issues, potential design deficiencies, impractical details, and clarifications with appropriate personnel
Perform walk-throughs, schedule inspections, ensure permits are in place
Develops and updates the project schedule and ensures the schedule is current to manage the project and see that the job meets the completion date. Ensures subcontractors are updated with current project schedule

Manages the overall site safety program as required and ensures subcontractor compliance with Federal and State standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations

Ensure proper project closeout
Schedule, manage, and supervise completion of a final punch list
What You Need for this Position
3+ years' experience in multifamily construction
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Ability to use sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist Superintendents with monitoring of the project schedule and budget and work with superintendents to maintain and update. Coordinate with the subcontractor's office for recovery plans where necessary, meet regularly with staff and subcontracts to discuss progress, obstacles, challenges and assist in removing barriers to completing work.
+ Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
