Key Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day on-site management of construction activities including maintaining the project progress schedule, coordinating work with internal resources and subcontractors, preparing material takeoffs, material management, reviewing subcontracts, reviewing estimates, evaluating change orders, and interfacing with customers.
