Qualifications Required Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Experience overseeing healthcare projects (medical offices, hospital renovations) and/or restaurant buildouts. Proven ability to deliver projects in the $500k-$10M range. Technical Skills: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project/SureTrack experience preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
