Your new role

What YOU will do:
· Studies Project Manual, job specifications and construction drawings to ensure timely start and finish, safety, quality of work and subcontractor performance for each phase of construction.

Ability to read and comprehend contracts, purchase agreements, contract entails for the project, and coordinating subcontractor and supplier scope with Project Manager
Determine site logistics for site access, temporary roads, fencing, etc., and discuss with Project Manager
Prior to construction, survey and record all adjacent and perimeter site and building elevations
Arrange temporary services, primary surveying, and horizontal control
Conduct pre-construction meetings and weekly coordination meetings with all subcontractors, owners, architects, and consultants

The Role
As a Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader, responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule execution for multiple commercial projects. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery from mobilization to closeout.
