Collaborate with accounting and project teams to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are timely and accurate. Communication & Client Relations Serve as a professional point of contact between project teams, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors. Maintain proactive communication and follow-up with customers and internal staff under the guidance of project leadership. Support project meetings and assist with documentation of decisions and commitments. Demonstrate strong communication skills - particularly by maintaining clear, respectful, and responsive phone and written correspondence. Systems & Process Support Gain and maintain proficiency in Brannan's software systems, including Vista / Viewpoint, B2G, Textura, and other adopted platforms. Ensure consistent use and data accuracy across all digital systems. Assist in identifying workflow improvements to simplify reporting, billing, and documentation processes. Participate in system training initiatives and help onboard new users as needed. Safety, Quality & Compliance Maintain awareness of jobsite safety requirements and ensure documentation is properly filed. Support field teams in tracking punch lists, quality control items, and project completion milestones. Gain a working understanding of CDOT and municipal specifications related to asphalt and underground construction. Assist with tracking and compliance related to tax-exempt projects, permit conditions, and contract requirements.
