They are looking for a key on site leader responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of ground-up, multi-story, and/or conversion self-storage construction projects across Florida and the Southeast region. Key Duties: Serve as the GC's primary representative on the job site, overseeing all daily construction activities for self-storage facilities (e.g., tilt-wall, metal-frame, multi-story buildings). Develop, maintain, and drive the 3-week look-ahead schedule. Coordinate all trades, deliveries, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met on time and within the original schedule. Direct, supervise, and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
