After customer service does the PW assistant super will be responsible for getting house ready for the home owner.
Job site Responsibilities
Responsible for Locking and unlocking production units each day.
Make sure all subs clean up each house every day.
Will manage site cleanliness along with superintendent.
Will send clean up log to DOC and Construction Manager at the end of each day.
Writing cleaning violations to each sub who does not clean up everyday, violations will be sent to sub and copy DOC/Super.
Manage wash outs; prior to commencement of paint, stucco, concrete etc wash outs must be in place and used.
Manage dumpsters; work with super, trades and B and B to make sure all dumpsters are emptied on time.
Lock each dumpster at the end of each day, unlock at beginning of each day.
Sweep streets, houses, gutters as needed to make sure site is clean.
Every Friday make sure the site is clean and free of debris.
Make sure each house has an empty trash can each day.
Learn and review BMPS/SWPPP requirements and help manage along with Construction Manager as needed.
Help with Model Maintenance as needed.
Scheduling
Work with Construction Manager to help track and manage schedules.
Walk each house 2x per day.
Track PW/PWSO/WT and MISO dates off sale summary. Inform DOC and Construction Manager if you see scheduling conflicts.
Deliver and/or schedule materials to subcontractors as necessary to keep project running and insure that trades have what they need to complete their responsibilities.
Make appropriate calls to monitor all schedules and delivery of materials for job site.
Quality
Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for completion of pre-drywall checklist along with Construction Manager. This will be completed for each house and will include things such as; checking straight edge on framing, checking hardware installations, mep installation, elevation confirmation, options installed correctly etc. Please review the form.
Walk houses twice per day to review houses for code and industry standards, Trumark Homes quality standards, safety/OSHA violations, SWPPP, and proper installation of all products and options.
Customer Service
Enforce warranty guidelines; assist Customer Service to schedule, check, repair as requested, issues that may need attention.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and solutions-driven Construction Superintendent II to take the reins on a wide range of complex public works and DSA projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives on taking complete ownership of managing a job site and potentially overseeing multiple jobs and teams.
The ideal candidate possesses a combination of leadership, technical knowledge within the industry, and project ownership. From site safety, extensive knowledge and management of the day-to-day field operations for their assigned project(s), driving progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Job Duties:
You will lead one or more active public works projects, with typical annual billings over $10M
You will prepare, maintain, and update a 3-week lookahead schedule on a weekly basis, monitor advancement, precisely track delays, and determine the party responsible for them
You will push and protect project momentum while working with PMs to document and mitigate delays, and drive timely, accurate responses from owners and architects
You will use an iPad and Procore daily across key modules: RFIs, Submittals, Schedule, Observations, Daily Logs, Change Events, Commitments, Inspections, Punch List, and more
You will navigate a BIM model and Trimble Connect, while providing assistance and training to others
You will support the PM to create and update Gantt chart schedules, assist in tracking and reviewing submittals, and manage PCOs/CCOs from pricing through final Commitment Change Orders
You will ensure daily logs are maintained thoroughly and accurately at all times, encompassing manpower, delays, equipment, dumpsters, a call log, notes, visitors, and deliveries
You will manage site safety and compliance; no exceptions, and create a culture of safety and collaboration across all trades
You will maintain confidentiality on project financials and strategic information - shared only with senior leadership
You will mentor and lead with professionalism-handle stress with a calm and solutions-oriented approach
You will respond to meeting minutes, maintain clear documentation, and communicate thoroughly with the PM
You will cultivate positive relationships with subcontractors and the Inspector of Record
Requirements
Professional Skills:
5+ years of Superintendent experience in public works construction or related construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of construction management, project management, estimating, and site superintendent duties.
Familiarity with construction / project management software (i.e. Procore, BIM software, Trimble Connect, etc.)
Strong understanding of all aspects of construction.
Capable of running various phases of a project from groundbreaking through commissioning and punch list.
Ability to assist with pre-construction activities as needed.
Great organizational and communication skills.
Ability to be a great and pro-active leader and mentor and keep your cool in stressful situations.

A typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year with the final offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience. Overview
The Assistant Construction Manager manages all functions of the construction job site as it relates to building quality residential homes. Supervise construction from dirt through closing while maximizing profits and maintaining excellence through the Trumark business model. The Assistant Construction Manager ensures quality assurance and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve a good understanding of all plan types, learn to read construction documents (foundations, Frame, MEPS etc)
Review exterior elevations, floor plans, landscape plans for each house to make sure they are built correct.
Learn and track Title 24 requirements
Review and keep track of all Lot specific START PACKAGES
Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for getting each house ready for PW.
After customer service does the PW assistant super will be responsible for getting house ready for the home owner.
Job site Responsibilities
Responsible for Locking and unlocking production units each day.
Make sure all subs clean up each house every day.
Will manage site cleanliness along with superintendent.
Will send clean up log to DOC and Construction Manager at the end of each day.
Writing cleaning violations to each sub who does not clean up everyday, violations will be sent to sub and copy DOC/Super.
Manage wash outs; prior to commencement of paint, stucco, concrete etc wash outs must be in place and used.
Manage dumpsters; work with super, trades and B and B to make sure all dumpsters are emptied on time.
Lock each dumpster at the end of each day, unlock at beginning of each day.
Sweep streets, houses, gutters as needed to make sure site is clean.
Every Friday make sure the site is clean and free of debris.
Make sure each house has an empty trash can each day.
Learn and review BMPS/SWPPP requirements and help manage along with Construction Manager as needed.
Help with Model Maintenance as needed.
Scheduling
Work with Construction Manager to help track and manage schedules.
Walk each house 2x per day.
Track PW/PWSO/WT and MISO dates off sale summary. Inform DOC and Construction Manager if you see scheduling conflicts.
Deliver and/or schedule materials to subcontractors as necessary to keep project running and insure that trades have what they need to complete their responsibilities.
Make appropriate calls to monitor all schedules and delivery of materials for job site.
Quality
Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for completion of pre-drywall checklist along with Construction Manager. This will be completed for each house and will include things such as; checking straight edge on framing, checking hardware installations, mep installation, elevation confirmation, options installed correctly etc. Please review the form.
Walk houses twice per day to review houses for code and industry standards, Trumark Homes quality standards, safety/OSHA violations, SWPPP, and proper installation of all products and options.
Customer Service
Enforce warranty guidelines; assist Customer Service to schedule, check, repair as requested, issues that may need attention.
