Responsibilities:
Represent Marous Builders in all matters at the job site in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Provide leadership, guidance and coordination for all tradesman and subcontractors working on the project.
Provide daily oversight and management to ensure that all work activities are complete per the project schedule.
Monitor and enforce all safety controls and procedures per the Company safety policy.
Maintain a complete set of up-to-date drawings and specification in the field office; incorporate all bulletins, RFI's and ASI's into a master set of drawings.
Attend Owner, Architect, and Contractor project meetings.
Administer and document weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
Interpret and understand all general contracts, subcontracts, scopes of work, drawings and specifications for a project.
Review the constructability of the project drawings and offer alternate details when applicable.
Develop and update a detailed project schedule through collaboration with the Project Manager, Scheduling Manager and Subcontractors.
Create and distribute two-week look ahead schedules to all subcontractors at weekly coordination meetings.
Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure that each project is constructed in an orderly, efficient and deliberate manner to provide a well-organized and efficient work environment for tradesmen and subcontractors.
Coordinate and manage a delivery schedule for all major material and equipment deliveries.
Administer, schedule and document pre-installation meetings.
Establish and maintain a construction sequencing and site logistics plan.
Report and document project status daily, including recording daily reports to gather, organize and file.
Provide daily progress photos, field issues, and incidents as required for proper documentation of activities.
Coordinate and manage all inspections required by local regulatory agencies, subcontractors and building departments.
Ensure that all work performed on each project is completed with a level of quality that will exceed the owner's expectations.
Manage the punch list and project closeout process to assure a timely completion.
Assist with additional projects, duties, and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or related experience
At least five (5) years of experience working in the construction industry

Responsibilities:
Represent Marous Builders in all matters at the job site in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Provide leadership, guidance and coordination for all tradesman and subcontractors working on the project.
Provide daily oversight and management to ensure that all work activities are complete per the project schedule.
Monitor and enforce all safety controls and procedures per the Company safety policy.
Maintain a complete set of up-to-date drawings and specification in the field office; incorporate all bulletins, RFI's and ASI's into a master set of drawings.
Attend Owner, Architect, and Contractor project meetings.
Administer and document weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
Interpret and understand all general contracts, subcontracts, scopes of work, drawings and specifications for a project.
Review the constructability of the project drawings and offer alternate details when applicable.
Develop and update a detailed project schedule through collaboration with the Project Manager, Scheduling Manager and Subcontractors.
Create and distribute two-week look ahead schedules to all subcontractors at weekly coordination meetings.
Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure that each project is constructed in an orderly, efficient and deliberate manner to provide a well-organized and efficient work environment for tradesmen and subcontractors.
Coordinate and manage a delivery schedule for all major material and equipment deliveries.
Administer, schedule and document pre-installation meetings.
Establish and maintain a construction sequencing and site logistics plan.
Report and document project status daily, including recording daily reports to gather, organize and file.
Provide daily progress photos, field issues, and incidents as required for proper documentation of activities.
Coordinate and manage all inspections required by local regulatory agencies, subcontractors and building departments.
Ensure that all work performed on each project is completed with a level of quality that will exceed the owner's expectations.
Manage the punch list and project closeout process to assure a timely completion.
Assist with additional projects, duties, and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or related experience
At least five (5) years of experience working in the construction industry

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Primary liaison with owners/architects/engineers for the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
· Developing and implementing overall project work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site.
· Leading, supervising, and developing all Company field staff, including providing input on performance appraisals.
· Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
· Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer in securing all equipment guarantees, warranties and service/maintenance agreements
· Keep Project Manager and Project Engineer informed as to changes made in the field, so that such changes may be covered by general contact change orders and subcontract change orders.

· Assist Site Safety and Health Officer in developing and managing the overall site safety program as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance with Healtheon standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
· Managing and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels.
· Overseeing work among all trades to promote a coordinated project operation. Resolving local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, schedule, and all other appropriate matters.
· Managing labor relations with subcontractors and Healtheon staff.
· Implement inspections and associated testing, review, and approval.
· Ensuring all necessary permits and insurance are in place and kept current for the term of the project. Acting as liaison to inspection agencies.
· Managing the General Conditions and General Requirements for the project to maintain budget.
· Coordinating with the Project Manager to manage the billing process as it relates to work in place and overseeing the monthly estimate of work completed, payrolls, material invoices and subcontractor payment applications.
· Managing the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.
· Supervise all subcontractors who are on-site.
· Attend pre-construction meetings and weekly progress meetings with client, architect, engineers, and project team.
· Minimize delays through collaboration with the Project Manager at the onset of construction.
· Maintain good relationship and open lines of communication with the client and the project team.
· Provide accurate information documenting Daily Job Reports, Daily Safety Reports, 3-Week Look Ahead (weekly) and Incident/Accident Reports
· Maintain fiscal responsibility for labor and other miscellaneous expenses while proactively looking for ways to streamline tasks during projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with minimum of four years' related training and at least eight years of building construction experience required, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, understanding of line and grade and survey methods. Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures. Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs. Knowledge of Primavera scheduling desirable. Knowledge of CMiC project management software desirable. Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
License or certification: OSHA 30 (Required)

Additionally, the Superintendent orders materials, schedules inspections, and prepares daily and weekly reports.
Managing costs involves coordinating with Project Managers to control job costs, reviewing project budgets, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Safety and quality are paramount, with the Superintendent promoting job site safety, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring all subcontractors comply with safety policies.
Another essential duty is the punch list and closeout process.
