Position Summary

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the primary authority on active job sites, responsible for coordinating with inspectors, clients, field teams, and subcontractors. You'll ensure crews have the labor, materials, and equipment they need, troubleshoot field issues as they arise, and keep projects aligned with plans and specifications.
Daily tasks include:
Overseeing day-to-day field operations across several concrete projects
Scheduling in-house crews and subcontractors
Creating and updating look-ahead schedules with accurate forecasting
Measuring and ordering necessary materials
Supervising Foremen and verifying adherence to plans, specs, RFIs, and quality expectations
Preparing and managing RFIs and change-related documentation
Using computer-based scheduling and communication tools to keep projects moving smoothly

Education & Certifications:
Completion of High School education or equivalent is required.
BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study is preferred.
CCM, CAPM, PgMP, AIA, PE LEED, CPE, CEP, CCP, PSP, CMIT, or MRICS certifications, is preferred.
OSHA 10 (or higher) certification is preferred.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
General knowledge and understanding of general engineering construction.
Ability to quickly analyze, compare, and interpret detailed but sometimes poorly defined information within deadlines.
Ability to review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long lead times and critical path items.
Proven experience in managing small to medium sized projects; identifying discrepancies and implement corrective actions
(under supervision).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and Project Management software, and Bluebeam Revu.
