Key Functions

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting Superintendents, Senior Superintendents, and Project Managers in all field-related activities associated with the successful completion of assigned projects, such as job site safety, cost, quality, communication with the architects and consultants, as well as the project schedule. An integral member of our Construction team, this individual will be charged with managing active jobsites on ground-up commercial projects from start to finish, delivering a high-quality finished product for our clients. Be a self-motivated problem solver, knowledgeable in multiple divisions of commercial construction,
Have experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects, including Hospitality (or similar),
Proficient with constructionmanagement software (i.e. Procore), able to learn new software,
Value integrity, professionalism, quality workmanship, and positive teamwork,
Excel at adhering to deadlines, maintaining a clean jobsite, motivating subcontractors, and communicating with project stakeholders in a professional manner.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Oversee daily activity on Firmos job sites.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all construction project documents.

Coordinate, monitor, and inspect all Subcontractors and Suppliers activity.
Complete and upload jobsite log, progress photos, and activity reports to constructionmanagement software.

Role Requirements
Experience

Certifications & Credentials
OSHA 30 and CPR certified (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
