Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, results-driven Project Managers to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex heavy civil construction projects. This role works closely with executive leadership, superintendents, safety, and preconstruction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout
Lead and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field staff
Oversee budgets, schedules (CPM), forecasting, and change management
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
