Construction Superintendent - Central Vermont Role Description Under the direct supervision of the General Superintendent the Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and quality control of subcontractors and craft personnel for multiple job site operations. Ensuring the safety and well-being of employees at project sites.
